Terms of Service

You must be at least 13 years old. You’re responsible for your account and for keeping your password secure. One account per person — don’t create accounts to manipulate votes, Ores, or referrals.

DealsMine is built on content posted by members — deals, photos, prices, and votes. You keep ownership of what you post, and you give us a worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, display, and share it within the app so the community can see it.

Only post content you have the right to share, and only real deals you’ve actually seen. Don’t post anything misleading, infringing, hateful, harassing, sexually explicit, dangerous, or illegal.

We don’t tolerate objectionable content or abusive behaviour. You can report any deal or block any user directly in the app. We review reports and act on violations — including removing content and suspending or terminating accounts — typically within 24 hours of a report.

Prices and availability come from community members and automated sources, and change quickly. We don’t guarantee any deal’s accuracy, availability, or price — always confirm the final price with the retailer before buying. DealsMine isn’t the seller and isn’t a party to any purchase you make.

Ores are virtual points with no cash value. They can’t be sold, transferred, or redeemed for money. We may adjust how Ores are earned, change rank thresholds, or modify rewards programs at any time. Manipulating the system (fake deals, vote rings, referral abuse) may cost you your Ores or your account.

Some outbound retailer links are affiliate links, meaning DealsMine may earn a commission if you make a purchase — at no extra cost to you.

We may remove content, suspend accounts, or discontinue features at our discretion to keep the community safe and the app running well. The app and its design, branding, and code remain our property.

DealsMine is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we’re not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for losses arising from deals, purchases, or third-party sites. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under applicable consumer protection law.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable in it.

We may update these terms as the app evolves and will note the date above. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
